First part, let’s check power system, including Engine and Transmission.
For this 3ton diesel forklift, its standard engine is Chinese Xinchai Engine. After more than 40 years’ market test and technical improvement, Xinchai Engine is regarded as China TOP one engine in forklift field, famous for its low fuel consumption, low emission, high reliability and more economy. Therefore, it can perfectly meet your working needs.
If you prefer Japanese engine, we also have original Mitsubishi, ISUZU, YANMAR, KUBOTA engine for your choice. Japanese engines have a worldwide reputation for its low noise, cleaner burning, small vibration, and good efficiency. Thus, Japanese engines are widely used in the world, it will be much easier for you to find spare parts in your local market for engine maintenance.
As for transmission, we adopt electric hydraulic automatic transmission with TCM technology. This is our electric forward and backward switch, the driver just need to easily operate the switch by finger. If you like the economic models, we also have manual hydraulic automatic transmission and mechanical transmission for your choice.
Second part is forklift body.
We adopt one-time stamping rainproof overhead guard with 5 clear plastic covers, ensure good vision to check goods lifting and loading position.
Thanks to the long wheelbase design, our forklift is 80mm longer than other forklift, the longitudinal stability of whole truck and the load capacity at same height are improved greatly. Meanwhile, it prolongs the working life of steering tires by reducing the rear axle load.
Third Part is Hydraulic system and Mast.
Our forklift hydraulic system is equipped with Japan Shimadzu valves and pumps. Inside lifting cylinder is designed up/down buffer to reduce shock and vibration.
Wide-view mast ensure driver’s excellent vision, which will improve the efficiency and safety on working. We also have Super wide-view mast with Double Cylinders instead of Single cylinder in the middle.
Our standard lifting height is 3meters. Customized ranges from 2meters to 7meters as your demands. Besides, if you want to work inside container, we recommend full free mast of duplex or triplex for your choice.
Four part, Tires
Our standard tires are pneumatic, options have solid puncture-proof tires, like high elastic tires and non-marking tires. Which is wear-resisting and durable,
widely used in stone/steel/foods/medical/chemical factory.
If you need the more stable and larger load, double front tires can help you.
Five part, Scientific Ergonomics Design
Adjustable safety seat and steering wheel are designed according to ergonomics principles, makes operation more comfortable, also relieves driver’s long-time work fatigue.

SNSC forklift can be customized, we provide VIP solution to meet all kinds of work condition, for example, if your want move forks from left to right automatically without moving forklift, we recommend side shifter. if you want to adjust fork’s distance, we suggest fork positioner. If your working environment is very cold or rainy, we suggest fully closed cabin with open windows. And all kinds of attachments, such as paper roll clamp, bale clamp, block clamp, carton clamp, double forks and so on.
About warranty, we can provide you 12 months or 2000 working hours which comes first since departure from the loading port. We providing operation&maintenance manual to help you to use forklift well. If any other using questions in the future, we will offer you solution in time. What’s more, we also present some spare parts such as filters and seals for your first-time maintenance, hope you can feel our honesty.
